This week, Cabell Huntington Hospital gave $5,000 to the West Virginia regional office of the American Red Cross to assist with needs from the recent storms that caused mass power outages, damaged many homes and disrupted lives throughout West Virginia and surrounding states.
"The American Red Cross is grateful for Cabell Huntington Hospital’s active commitment to helping West Virginians in this time of need," said John Golden, Chief Executive Officer for the West Virginia Region of the American Red Cross. "This generous donation will go a long way in helping the Red Cross bring comfort to our neighbors who have been affected by the recent storms."
Cabell Huntington’s donation was made to support the Red Cross in their continuing efforts to help West Virginia citizens cope with the aftermath of the storm.
