Loree L. Holland has joined Cabell Huntington Hospital as Director of Service Excellence. She brings more than seven years of management experience in service excellence with healthcare organizations in Denver, Fort Worth and Louisville that have been recognized by JD Power and Associates or been recipients of the Press Ganey Success Story and Summit Awards for exceptional customer service and innovative problem solving.
In her role at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Holland is responsible for developing, leading, monitoring and modifying the hospital’s approach to excellence in patient, family and guest services. She will also evaluate and manage overall patient satisfaction experiences and measures throughout the organization.
Holland is a certified lean rapid improvement events leader and consultant, and she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Kentucky University.
