To enroll in myHealthFile, you must be a recent patient at Cabell Huntington Hospital or Marshall Health and/or associated facilities. For security purposes, your PIN (personal identification number) must be assigned in person.
Access to myHealthFile is available at no cost. If you prefer to enroll now rather than wait until your next appointment, please bring a valid ID to your Marshall Health physician’s office or to Cabell Huntington Hospital’s Health Information Management (Medical Records) Department, and a member of the staff will assign you a PIN and follow up by email with enrollment instructions.

myHealthFile is a great tool for managing your health care, but we can’t invite you to enroll without your active email address. Your email address is your key to using myHealthFile. Your PIN and enrollment instructions are sent to the email address you provide. Notifications about additions and changes to your electronic medical record and responses to requests you make will be sent to the email address you provide. Be sure to provide your current, active email address to the staff at Registration and your doctor’s office.
