Patients from infancy though adulthood may receive services while in the hospital or after returning home. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation use a variety of tools and techniques to help you regain or maintain your optimal level of strength and functioning.
With a physician's referral, you will be evaluated and an individual treatment program will be developed for your specific problems and needs. You can be treated by the Rehabilitation Services staff on an inpatient and outpatient basis by appointment with a physician referral. Each client's plan of treatment is developed individually. Rehabilitation services are offered in the SMART Center, the Balance Center, the YMCA and/or the Rehabilitation Department. The location of your therapy will be determined by your plan of care. Every effort is made to coordinate appointments for your convenience.
