"I chose Cabell Huntington Hospital’s pharmacy residency program because it offers a wide range of clinical experiences and exposure to diverse patient populations; I believe this will provide an excellent foundation for becoming a well-rounded clinical pharmacist. During my APPE rotations, I developed a passion for acute care and I was drawn to Cabell's strong emphasis on clinical training, supportive preceptors, and individualized learning opportunities. I also appreciated the welcoming culture of the department and the opportunity to build confidence while caring for patients in a collaborative, team-based environment.
